Toledo Bend Reservoir Tragedy

Toledo Bend Reservoir Tragedy

Toledo Bend Reservoir Tragedy

In the somber wake of this tragedy on 29MAY24, the 3rd Coast Sportsman Club’s heart weighs heavy. Our thoughts echo across the water, reaching the guide Tater who fought valiantly to aid those overboard and the two lives lost and to the rest of the Lure Family (George,Connie and Seth) that own the guide service who we have come to know dearly. They shared our history of fishing excursions on these very boats and in the same lake amplifies our sorrow. As we grieve, we recognize that the future, once eagerly anticipated, must now be postponed.
